About Us

CA Rohit Prasad is a practicing Chartered Accountant known for his strong expertise in GST Compliance and Litigation across India.
He holds the prestigious qualification of Certified Forensic Auditor awarded by ICAI, and he also holds a Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA) by ICAI.
He is a Special Invitee Member of the GST & Indirect Taxes Committee, Eastern India Regional Council of ICAI for the year 2025–26.
He began his career as a Senior Audit Executive at Ernst & Young (EY), where he built a solid foundation in audit and assurance practices.
He has hands-on experience in serving clients across diverse sectors including FMCG, Manufacturing, and Services, making him a versatile professional.
He has deliberated numerous seminars, conferences, and workshops on GST across India for CA Professionals, Business Chambers, Associations and GST Department for training officers for NACIN.
He regularly contributes insightful articles to ICAI Branch Magazines, Newspapers, and the ACAE Magazine, promoting awareness and clarity on GST issues.
